The purpose of this pilot plant is the synthesis and processing of sustainable plastics, for which there are four laboratories: synthesis, characterization, processing and prototyping. The equipment of each of the laboratories is indicated in:

In collaboration with the PTI FAB3D (CSIC Platform for the Development of Additive Manufacturing) and the SusPlast MAT* Prototyping Service it is possible to provide coverage in a wide variety of additive manufacturing technologies in plastic and metal and in this way manufacture more sustainable by optimizing the design and reducing the amount of material used.
